Sponsorship Opportunities

We offer a range of opportunities to interact with our 200+ attendees, and our intention in gaining your sponsorship is to support the attendance of students and post-docs at the meeting - the next generation of NMR scientists. 

Register your interest as a sponsor by selecting from our Elite, Premier, Select, Booth, Table or Supporter options below and contact our sponsorship officers.

 

 

Elite ($18k): RESERVED by Mestrelab

  • A 10' by 20' booth space, including tables and chairs in which to arrange your exhibit.
  • Headline branding and link as "Elite Sponsor" on all website pages and SMASH App materials, before and during the meeting
  • Named sponsor of our 6 talk/workshop sessions (including permanent branding on web/SMASH App throughout all talk/workshop sessions
  • 6 free registrations
  • Digital Interactive Booth through our Whova platform to host videos, event announcements etc (online guide is here)
  • Elite status on advertising slides between every session
  • Up to six branded marketing posters in our Poster Session (these don't need to be submitted through our abstract system)
  • Right of first refusal for Elite sponsorship next year

 Premier ($12k): RESERVED by JEOL

  • A 10' by 10' booth space, including tables and chairs in which to arrange your exhibit.
  • Headline branding and link as "Premier Sponsor" on all website/SMASH App pages, before and during the meeting
  • Named sponsor of our 2 poster sessions (including permanent branding on web/SMASH App page throughout the poster sessions)
  • 4 free registrations
  • Digital Interactive Booth through our Whova platform to host videos, event announcements etc (online guide is here)
  • Premier status on advertising slides between every session
  • Up to four branded marketing posters in our Poster Session (these don't need to be submitted through our abstract system)

  • A 6' table and 2 chairs (slimline pop-up banners only. No standing backdrops)
  • Your branding and link on both webpage and SMASH App materials (rotating between all Sponsor/Supports where appropriate)
  • 1 free registration
