Registering your attendees
You can register your attendees through the conference registration page. To take advantage of your free registrations (which include all scheduled meals/breaks/drinks) you should use the discount code that you have been sent by the organizers (contact Craig and Margy if you haven't received it yet).
Booking hotel rooms
You can book your attendees into the hotel at the conference room rates from our Hotel and Transportation page
Hotel shipping information
Due to limited storage space, a $50.00 per day storage fee will be applied to all shipments, up to 25 boxes. Anything in excess of 25 boxes will incur an additional $25.00 per day charge. Pallets or any extremely heavy items that will require a pallet jack will also incur an additional $25.00 per day charge.
Delivery: $2.00 per box or $20 per pallet delivered to meeting rooms or guestrooms will be charged. All delivery fees are given to the team member who delivers the boxes.

Sponsor Posters
If your sponsorship package includes a number of marketing posters, there is no need to submit these through our poster abstract system (if you have scientific posters accepted through teh abstract system, theseare in addition to the marketing posters from your package). You are welcome to put the marketing posters up on the Sunday in our scientific poster area (positions for marketing posters will be clearly marked) and take them down at the end of the conference.
Booth Set-up/Takedown
Please set up your booth/table on Sunday. We do not pre-allocate booth positions, but your booth will be clearly marked at the hotel (and all booth positions are in the same close area, so there is no need to worry about planning for this - we make sure everyone gets a great space). Please take your booth down before 5pm Weds
Booth staffing
We do not have strict requirements on this, but typically attendees will be around the booth space during all lecture/workshop sessions (9am-5pm Mon+Weds, 9am-3pm Tuesday), so you're encouraged to have someone there to take advantage of their enthusiasm to chat to vendors and sponsors.
